Looking to help beautify the neighborhood this weekend? We have the perfect volunteer opportunity for you! The next stair cleanup project led by the Leschi Community Council falls this Saturday September 21st. The Community Council and volunteers will be cleaning the Jackson stairs from 35th Ave S to Lakeside, and will be meeting at the top of the stairs on 35th Ave S at 10:00am sharp. 
This is a great opportunity to help keep the sidewalks clear and the bushes pruned, so bring your rake and broom and head on over to help beautify the neighborhood. Garbage bags, gloves, grabbers and snacks will be provided.
